If I walked on the ocean
I think I would sink
My feet may be surefooted
but my heart's on the brink
With the waves crashing over me
the foam filling my lungs
I lose my footing
I think back on my wrongs
The world swirls blue
greens and shadows surround
I fight with the current
The tow pulling me down
Down and down I go
Not likely to resurface
Struggling with the phantoms
The last of life's embrace...
Why did I walk on the water
What did I hope to prove
I've lost my life, my hope
I'll not see you soon

hey alene,
i see your comments need aproval,
so i can (hopefully) write this.
do you remember me? you allowed me
to use some of your poems as lyrics
for songs and i still like to think
back to these days playing around
with them. well, that is a long time
ago and since that time a lot has
changed. but everytime my itunes is
playing one of those tracks i wonder what she (you) could be doing....
as crazy as it sounds i am in l.a.
right now since two month already
scoring a movie. it's a big step
and i haven't finished my work yet.
but hopefully i will be ready soon.
i really really would love to hear
from you. honestly. in my mind there's still that impact your words had on me when i read them the first time.
well, maybe you think it's weird
that i write you, then just don't
answer. (well, that is not what i
really mean! hahaha! just do it...)
okay, i stop this here and just hope
for a little message. that would
be very nice!
my email is:

Yes I remember you!
That's exciting news, good luck. Hopefully we'll keep better track of each other this time.
I remember.
